Sergio Sottocasa

Sergio Sottocasa was born in Cagliari on 3 January 1974 and graduated with a Law degree from the University of Milan in 1997. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in January 2001.

He has spent his professional career at renowned law and tax firms. He first specialised in tax litigation and in assisting clients with advice on domestic tax law issues. He then joined the tax department of a major international law firm where he gained a strong knowledge of international tax matters and advised on the tax aspects of various corporate reorganisations.

He gained considerable expertise in assisting private equity funds with corporate acquisitions. He joined TFP & Associati in March 2009.

He has spoken at several international tax conferences and has written articles in legal publications.
